It is strictly an informational and preparatory tool; JobsUnlock is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee any hiring or job placement. Our platform strictly adheres to transparent disclaimers and makes absolutely no fake placement promises.

2. Job Listings and Mandatory Verification

The job listings and campaigns featured on JobsUnlock are exclusively based on public, Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)-approved job orders. While we reflect this official DMW job data, we cannot guarantee that the positions are still open or accepting applicants. Users are required to always verify the active status of any job vacancy directly with the accredited recruitment agency and through official DMW sources.

3. Service Workflow and "Unlocking"

By using our platform, you agree to the following workflow for our services:

• Resume Building: You may browse DMW-based listings and use our guided resume builder to create a profile with structured sections aligned with what overseas employers expect. This includes a live preview and an export path that is fully accessible before you pay for any "unlock" features.
• Payment and Manual Verification: The contact details of the recruitment agencies associated with the job listings may stay locked initially. When you are ready, you can request an "unlock" for these agency details, which is subject to a manual payment verification process.
• Direct Agency Contact: Once your payment is verified and the agency details are unlocked, you are provided with referral guidance. However, it is your sole responsibility to contact the agency directly using the verified details provided.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the JobsUnlock resume builder. Furthermore, you acknowledge that JobsUnlock only provides referral readiness and guidance; we do not process your actual job application or deploy workers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Because JobsUnlock acts only as a resume builder and an aggregator of DMW-approved job orders, we are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from your interactions with the third-party recruitment agencies featured on our site. Your employment application, interviews, and potential contracts are strictly between you and the licensed agency.

JobsUnlock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect new platform features or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
